Upon the sale of a digital asset, the Seller grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the purchased digital asset for personal or commercial purposes as explicitly defined at the point of sale. The Seller retains original ownership, intellectual property rights, and copyright to the digital asset unless otherwise stated. The Buyer shall not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or claim authorship of the digital asset unless expressly permitted in writing by the Seller. Both parties agree to abide by applicable intellectual property laws, and the Buyer acknowledges that purchase of the digital asset does not transfer any rights other than those explicitly described herein.
